go on the video and there should be a little gear in the bottom right corner of the video player. there should be an option to change the speed, click it then click the speed you want the video to be at.
Starchild3215 I don't know whats wrong with it then, it happens to a few people. you might want to ask someone that would know more about this kind of problem, because I cant even properly download a good game without my computer crashing.
