It's pretty much a 14.5mm AP round. So it would go straight through, no fragmentation, and leave a decent hole.

So funny thing nobody seems to get right about the PTRD is that, while yes it is “bolt action” the user does not need to open the bolt manually to reload. As the barrel and receiver slide under recoil in the stock assembly, the bolt handle strikes against a slanted plate, which cams it upwards and open. This means all you have to do is thumb a new cartridge in and close the action.

The German AT rifle ain't half bad either, with a magazine for slightly faster reloading and a much faster projectile. Doesn't quite do the same damage, but it's basically hit scan with how insultingly fast the bullet goes.
