I went to a Passover meal or two as I have Hebrew roots in my family. It wasn’t until I read one of Brant Pitre’s books that I fully understood that what is Passover, today, is the equivalent of a Protestant service. There is no lamb sacrifice, and no sacrifice, at all! It is a reenactment, symbolic only, like a Protestant service where there is no body and blood of Christ. We must think to ourselves that even if there were a lamb being sacrificed, the only lamb of Sacrifice is Christ the King! This is the reason why not to attend Passover. It is choosing something that no longer is relevant to God. It no longer offers the true Sacrifice acceptable to God which is His only Son. This is not anti semitic, it is actually the fulfilment of all that came before - all the Hebrew Prophets foretold. If they were living now, they wouldn’t set foot for what is passing as a Passover meal. They’d be at Mass. 😁🙏🏼

It is telling that the whole doctrine of the Anti-Christ is infused with religion and spirituality, even though He is fundamentally against God. It’s like all forms of Protestantism - they do not outrightly reject God, His Church or the Christian religion in particular, or religion in general, but look to use all the concepts of faith and religion to supplant both in order to establish their own version. Even Richard Dawkins cannot avoid using the concept of being a ‘cultural Christian’ when justifying his own stance on atheism. Basically, what I’m saying is: all rejections of Christ and His Church will use the tools of both to try and achieve their aim, which is personal deity. If you don’t accept Jesus Christ as God and Lord, then you will ipso facto accept someone or something else, whether it is Gaia, Communism, Trans humanism or, as with the Anti-Christ, just yourself.

The word "anti" in antichrist does not mean someone who is going to be openly anti (against) Christ. That word "anti" in the original Bible language can actually mean "IN PLACE OF". So could the bible antichrist be someone who has actually put himself "in place of" Christ? Well, we have further Bible evidence to support this. In 1 John 2:18-19 it says that there were "many antichrists", who "WENT OUT FROM THE CHURCH". In other words, John is pointing to the fact that those "antichrists" were WITHIN THE CHURCH!! Not only that, but Paul in 2 Thess. 2:3-4 calls the man of sin the "son of perdition". Now there is only one other place in the Bible where the name "son of perdition" is used, and that is in John 17:12 talking about JUDAS! And what was Judas? A professing follower of Christ Jesus. Someone who deceived from WITHIN the "church". "The leader of the Catholic church is defined by the faith as the Vicar of Jesus Christ (and is accepted as such by believers). The Pope is considered the man on earth who TAKES THE PLACE of the Second Person of the omnipotent God of the Trinity." (John Paul II, Crossing the Threshold of Hope, p. 3, 1994).
