The cream separator reminded me of when I was little. Mom would let me put crackers on the wood stove to toast and then dip them in the cows cream. Sooooo good.

We had a milk separator. Used it twice a day. Favorite thing you got is hard to say. I will say it is really nice to not have music playing. 🙂

The green plastic napkin holder and salt, pepper with the Indian motif, was sent in the mail by a organization and you would donate money to them, like they do with address labels now. I think they were sent out in the late 1960's.

The glaze on the blue German vase is called ‘fat lava’. You do not see them that often in blue, most of the time they are red or brown. Good choice. 😃👍

I have a set of 8 of glasses from the set that came with the carrier & ice bucket. Did not it came that way. Got the glasses from a church sale. Because I liked them. Also found a candy bowl, with lid. That matched them, Years later at another yard sale. That was a cream separater, that you said you used a lot.

I grew up in a mid century home. My dad was an architect and he designed it in the mid 1950s. I was five when we moved in. Anyhow, I recognize an ice bucket that my parents had that I just saw in your video...it was round and chrome with small black handles on the side and it was a penguin. So fun !!

I definitely find more deals or secret items (vendors don’t know exactly what they have) at the antique all’s and stores than I do at thrift stores. I rarely shop thrift stores anymore, unless we are traveling. For some reason I like to thrift shop out of my area. Weird. 😊

This was FUN! I agree...never been a Jadite FAN either! I am NOT a green FAN period....I say that then i say oh i have this old painted primitive cupboard...because it open and different...a old green painted bucket....maybe a few other pieces....But not a Green fan! How much was that BIG COFFEE GRINDER? Cream Separator...missing the stand tho. GReaT Adv. Tins where all those NICE COFFEE JARS where...SWEET! LOVE Seeing this display! Thanks

Loveliness all around in there! I was telling my pigeon that if I was rich I'd hire a jumbo and fly to the US and buy all the pieces I love from the antique shops and the thrift stores!!! She wisely said nothing 😂 I know, I don't have the space! Such a party pooper. Anyway, I love the horse planter, the blue and white jug and all the glass! Thank you.

Of what you got, I think I like the dog dish, so cute. Seeing all the pitcher & bowl sets brings back memories of my grandmother, who had one or two sets. Also on Western tv shows they would show people washing up with those. We used to use the sink stopper at night and use cake soap etc., to wash up. The seagulls were beautiful. I got a kick out of seeing the plastic chair & table set from the 60s.

Adorable kitties. Wild lamp. Loved the needlepoint/embroidered art pieces too. I love the bowls and pitchers too. I was sad when I had to leave my turquoise blue and white set in Tucson when I moved. OMG those tulip painted canisters; Mimi had those many many years ago. I saw Mimi's cows that I just finished buying too. Love that booth. what a fun trip down memory lane. And one of the last booths you visited you actually picked up the mama cow from the set I just got. So they are everywhere.

As someone in the UK, i don't understand the appeal of mid century modern. It's just not a think here. We do love vintage though and when I say vintage, I mean 1930s to 70s

@@Maribeth01 that's a relief! Lol. Thought I was being a bit dumb. Lol. Personally, I just like what I like, irrespective of a trend, are you like that? I absolutely love milk glass because it looks beautiful against one wallpapered wall in my bedroom. I know it is really not something creators on RU-vid show or like. In the UK, it is really hard to find so it makes it a challenge but I have 5 little jugs, a compote and a goblet and I love them!
