I love new but I really prefer to buy old stuff because not everyone has the old stuff. I would rather my home be different from everyone else’s. Also I think a lot of the new things that are out there now are not worth the money they are to over priced.
I buy a lot of used/ custom made items online. We bought an over oversized custom made French armoire that was custom made for a local couple. We’ve been using it as a pantry while we remodel and it will soon go into our new office.
I love antiques the best. Y'all made a good haul I think. And the antlers looked pretty real from the video, we are a hunting family and we have some antlers over our fireplace that my dad actually had mounted from one of his kills. I particularly love a rustic look along with the antique look, almost a primitive type decor but mixed with some modern too.
I love antique and vintage the most, and I have very little new furniture in my house, except for couch, recliner, master bed and nightstands. I would definitely have voted for the hanging planter-it’s just the type of thing that I love.
I think they call that a candle snuffer .I used to have a couple of them. Oh I don't need these I said. so I gave them away. Now since blowing is such a task HA! I really want one or 2. Photos that old tend to have pics of people who look terribly unhappy because the photo 'session' would take so long (due to the lack of efficient cameras at the time) so they were just so tired of posing. Fun fact.

Love the hanging pot - definitely a yes. The candle cloche is actually a candle snuffer. (A cloche is a glass dome.) Hahaha to pronouncing it vahse if it's an expensive one!
I’ve never had a knack for shopping antiques, but I love to thrift (better prices). And an aside, about a year ago we hung the antelope head in the house that we had hanging in the garage, and I love it. When I had watched your Christmas home tours recently, and you commented on how nice it would be to have a new build etc. I was thinking I have always loved both of your design styles and wished I had the wherewithal to renovate like you have. So we sometimes don’t always appreciate what we have created in our homes, even if what you have is pretty amazing. 😊

Hi Ladies! This was a fun video. If you're using the copper for decor only, try copper rub and buff to tone it down. I used it on a galvanized faux plant container that I wanted to mix in with my other copper for Christmas and it worked.😯

Even if they were real, deer naturally shed their antlers and grow new ones. You can find them laying on the ground in areas where deer populations are high. So really, there's no harm in having those...And I love the hanging copper pot.

Loved this video! I was at East Fork on Sunday and was amazed at all the deals! I miss all the little unique vintage finds and wandering through the booths at the Rustic Warehouse, but they do have some amazing furniture now. Would love to see a mix of both in the future. (Hint Hint Mattie) ❤❤❤
