Hi Farmall fanatic, My dad and i are the ones who pulled one of the 8n's and the jubilee in 3000. The weights on the back of the 8n and jubilee are pie weights from a heavy set of industrial pies.
I really enjoyed watching all the tractors pull ! This wasn't a crimson clover planting video though . I was told you were going to be planting crimson clover lol That is a really cool saw mill .Thanks for sharing and have a great day !
Excellent video 👏👏 I take my hat off to any competitor in any sport because without them there would not be any winners 🏆👍 brilliant show of sawmill action there 💪👍
I get excited when the Minneapolis Molines come out. Those deep lugging moline engines have nearly endless lugging power. I have a ZB, and it dynos out to 35hp stock. If I can find some LP heads and slightly higher compression pistons, it should make 40-42hp in the 4,500 and 5,000 class. Thanks for sharing!
First time seeing an 8N at a pull. They are so light on the front end no one bothers to pull with them. At least it had a decent hitch to hook to it. Most people I know just use the draw bar on the lower lift links.
The jubilee and both 8n's in 3000 were pulling from the lift arms not a swinging drawbar. In the lighter classes they don't transfer the weight with the hitch in close.
Yes. I’m already a subscriber of this channel and I’m over here quite a bit. See I was a Farmall kid. Funny thing is, I’m almost 60 and I don’t own one Farmall tractor. I guess I made a wrong turn somewheres. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
hey those weird weights on the fords are a factory option each notch could mount one weight my uncle farmed with fords and i helped him mount his weights on his 8n. and dad had a 51 8n with a dearborn loader and he had the entire set on his
