It was called The all star comedy show and was briefly on itv. Featured vic and bob, steve coogan, neil morressy, leslie ash, ricky tomlinson to name a few. Less than a year later a one off show called Monkey Trousers was also similar. Never seen it repeated

Exactly. No supporting gags or satirical dialogue. They could have taken off one of the ridiculous antiques presenters like Anita Manning but nothing creative like that, just a bloke burping. Lame.
