AJ literally had one off week after being a top contender since the beginning. Her runway photo on that topsy turvy runway and her cannibal circus photo were some of the most high fashion photos in the history of the show in my opinion.
Megg is so damn likeable. Cycle 7 is severely underrated - a classic and diverse cast (Jaeda, the twins, the Melrose vs Caridee final, Eugena's perfect face!), amazing overseas final build up, great judges, it had everything!
Season 7 is my all-time favorite. The best photo shoots, the most beautiful contestants, the most fun, the “villain” (Melrose) made it to the final 2, and the BEST final runway show theme. In short, this is the most rewatchable season, in my opinion…7 was PEAK top model, followed by season 6.
Meg if you read this, I was that fan back in 2006 who tried to send you that painting I did of you to your mom's address in LA, when you were still on MySpace. I knew were going to dominate in Europe. Soo happy for your sucess!
Megg hit the nail right on the head. She was EIGHTEEN at the time, she was basically a child. She had a lot of room to grow and to mature. Now she's a wiser woman and she exudes confidence. Keep rocking Megg!!! 😘
Lets be real the whole cast this cycle was sooo good! Everyone of them were so unique, super fun and very different to one another yet still they looked like working models. ALL OF THEM! (Cycle 11 is a second close cause they had really cool chics as well but cycle 7 was spot on!)
Imagine if Oliver booked the twins (Amanda and Michelle) at the same time!! That'd be a good video. I remember I was baffled on how different Michelle looked in "real life" vs. in pictures. Day and night. Awkward and gangly vs high fashionne!!!
I DEFINITELY wanna hear from them, finding their OWN, separate identities, Amanda being certain in her abilities and Michelle being certain in herself overall (she did shoot herself in the foot in favor of her sister!)

Melrose was fine. She was a Type A personality and rubbed people the wrong way. Honestly? She wasn’t my favourite. But neither was Caridee. There wasn’t anyone on that cycle that I was strongly pulling for to be completely frank....

General consensus seems to be that Ms. Jay is great person, and Mr. Jay only treats you well if he feels you have potential otherwise he pays you dust.
Oliver can try and do an interview with naduah from angelea's cycle. She had a bald head and said she came from Mexico,was in a cult and had British accent I think. I don't even know if I spelled her name right?
It's interesting to me that Melrose has an insta where she's doing a recap of the show and she talked a LOT of ish about Caridee on it meanwhile every girl from C7 who comes on these chats LOVES Cari and doesn't like Melrose as much

43:45 that's what's wrong whit this whole ANTM thing, why was Tryra and the producers trying to pretend to be caring, loving and relatable, while being all about money in real life? And she wasn't wrong by expecting more from her, being kind and being decent It's not that hard.
50:10 although it's nice to know that some of the girls actually benefited a lot from the show. I think that it's the fair thing after all the things they put them trough.
I'm so disgusted that Tyra allowed these girls to be exploited instead of using her platform/influence to actually genuinely help these girls. She was really just all about her coin.

Been going through these interviews and I needed this one at this very minute. I love the models that realize they're thankful for it even though they admit it was not the best experience.
Poor melrose, I did t think she was that bad. She was still young too, and they had to have a bad guy cuz its a show. Monique would have been the bad guy in this cycle had she stayed longer. Notice she was the bad guy then once she left it went to melrose. Come chat melrose!!
I wasn't initially wasn't going to say anything but thought about it and figured why not. Love Melrose but I do understand why she has decided she doesn't want to come on. I do remember the comment Oliver made saying he "Didn't like Melrose when she was on her cycle" (it was either Anchal or Eugena's video - I can't remember) which I admit I was taken aback about when I heard him say that since I feel prior to that he has stayed mostly neutral even when discussing other much more polarising contestants (feel free to correct me if he has said anything negative about other contestants but from what I can remember he has not said he didn't like a contestant on their cycle). I personally feel he felt compelled to voice this opinion to get Anchal or Eugena to open up more knowing they didn't get along with her, but I think he maybe should have held back his personal opinions until Melrose had a chance to defend herself/tell her side as I probably wouldn't want to come onto an interview like this if I heard the interviewer already didn't have a great opinion of me as well as people from my cycle who didn't like me say unfavourable things about me already. I think it is important to get both sides because pretty much Anchal, Eugena and Megg have said the show was heavily edited and manipulated but then do a U-Turn and say what you saw of Melrose on the show was not edited? Not saying they're lying but I did find that a bit contradictory when listening to their chats which is why I wanted to hear Melrose's side of things. It was like when Laura and two others from cycle 13 said Nicole was edited to appear nicer and Nicole got the chance to speak her truth after that was said about her. I feel these chats are great especially since Lisa D'amoto's chat completely changed my opinion of her and I feel Melrose's chat might change other people's opinions of her the same way if she does change her mind about coming on. (she discussed on an instagram post a while back of why she freaked out about her hair being bleached blonde which I am sure she would have said in confessionals but antm decided to not include in the final edit). I can see why people may not have liked her but I think we need to give everyone a chance before passing judgement.
Aw Megg was really inspiring with her words my father who's been in the hospital just with watching this restored some hope in the that he will pull through thank you amazing interview!
Love herrrr ♥ I'm so glad she still pursued modeling and done such beautiful work after the show. And even though she may not have had such a great experience ANTM-wise, she is coming off so gracious here

gosh darn she is so well spoken. she was so underrated and did so dirty her season omg. she is an amazing person and model. im so glad we get to see these girls again now and here their stories and what they were feeling at the time. and melrose sounds like shes just being a big huge petty brat sooo i doubt even if she came on i bet she would act just like yoanna acted on her interview.
The confusing thing regarding Melrose is how so many people call her fake, a bitch, nasty... And I'm not saying she wasn't harsh, but then again, girls like Brooke have already said she just had bad editing and wasn't as bad as she seemed. Every story has 2 sides and even though Melrose got me on my nerves, she was just a hard working model who knew her stuff, was passionate and worked her ass off to win. I don't know, sometimes I kinda feel the girls were jealous since there were times Melrose got called mean nick names and low key bullied... Would be nice for you if you could get her, because it's fair to understand her as well (take Bianca for instance, I grew up thinking she was horrible up until your interview with her when I understood where she was coming from and changed my perspective on her)

Megg is a cute and nice woman but lets be honest Melrose was strongest model in this season.. she was worked so hard, she had great unique look and she was so confident. she won 80% of photoshoots and challenges. her performance was amazing. real and true winner and strong person at the same time.
