Although walk-in visits to LM not possible, this enlightening video illustrates the well-conceptualized and well-executed upkeep of this historic residence. BTW, did I missed info about the original owners and residents? And was Jessica's uneven earrings' length fashionably intentional? Neat though. Salamat!

Admirable. But the place is of European finished barely exhibiting the beauty of Filipino craftsmanship. I believe it should have showcased Filipino best yet not compromising the already-existing structures.

for me the beast room was the pinoy room, very creative and classy not your typical room you see. but he best overall was the spa done by conrad onglao. its the bomb over the top.

What if the room of Gloria and Erap would be like how they did they're presidency. Guest should be rolled in the room in a wheel chair? Small furnitures for Gloria whit a telephone on the side of the bed?

sana, there are 2 sections - one section of the mansion shows the good leaders that Filipinos should emulate and relevant mementos. for example, in cory aquino's room, a photo of her husband dead on the tarmac. on the other section of the mansion, a picture of the marcoses when they flee the country., after being ousted by the people. will this be open to the common people? i am sure taypayer money was used?

While I am very impressed with the beautiful transformation in the renovation done, it is very saddening yet very "ON Brand" that BBM or rather the FLM would prioritize and fast track this project instead of giving the budget to the DepEd! And the most ironic part, the presidential suite was named after Marcos Sr. With the biggest room! The Marcos Family really has no shame!! That room should've been given to Lapu2 or Rizal!!!

Looks like BBM and first lady Liza are going to do a lot of hosting. So many beautiful rooms. My favorites rooms - Magsaysay, Cory Aquino, Ferdinand Marcos, Diosdado Macapagal, even Duterte. For once, all opposition are united in this mansion.

It would be quite controversial for the head of a democratic state to sleep in a room named after Ferdinand Marcos Sr., given his legacy as a dictator and human rights violator. For leaders who champion democracy and human rights, it could send the wrong message or be seen as insensitive to those who suffered under his regime. The symbolism of the act would likely draw criticism, particularly from those who value democratic principles and historical accountability.

Really the Presidential suite named after the dictator? What a joke! And head of states stays there? Proud yarn??😂😂😂 Magellan room? Why name a room after a colonizer? Rename it to Lapu-lapu. And the Marcos Sr. room should be called FILIPINAS.

government should have just returned this house to the Fanily that built and own it. they just came in and told them they need it during cory’s term and never returned house since then. they were in a very long negitiation that ended up with the givernment underpaying them.

With all due respect, Mr. Anton Barretto, wearing a baseball cap inside the revered Philippine mansion during the entire tour was utterly disrespectful, indecorous and frankly, too ghetto. I did not expect that from you. I was so disappointed in your sense of style and propriety.
