I'm back with more coverage on this game.
The creators recently released a newer demo of this game called the Dynamite Demo with more material, new controls, a new level, and even a new playable character.
This character is Annie. She plays exactly like Anton, so it's really all up to your own tastes on whether you want to play as a raging red hammer man or a green gremlin mace girl.
The basic attack in this game is called the Clutch. The game will now have a Crash Team Racing-esque meter that fills up and turns from green to red. If you Clutch again while the meter is red, you'll gain a boost. If you do this next to an enemy, you'll do a Clutch Spin that tears through them instead of just bumping into them.
----------
This Dynamite Demo also has a new level and a few updates to the old one, such as new graphics in some rooms and new setpieces in others, such as the red room being changed to challenge how well you can time your bounces.
During Happy Hour, there's a new big chase sequence against a huge blimp of moles. If your platforming skills are good enough, you'll be able to reach one of the three Hidden Vinyls.
----------
According to the creators, this will not be the last version of the Dynamite Demo and that it will be updated eventually. It kinda made me sit and think whether or not I should wait to record that update, instead. I just decided to run this now and maybe do that next one later.
For now, my next coverage of this Dynamite Demo will be using Anton through a new level called Cinnamon Springs. Stay tuned for that!
