Out and about just north of Leonora we tested Antoinettes GPX 6000 and she found her first nugget within the first few meters from our Camp.

Actually be careful its illegal for foreigners to prospect in Australia under the Australian constitution, for gold an gems on our fields an if the law is enforced by local police, mines officials or minerals council or local land council can result in huge fines or if an angry Australian citizen reported you, your friend may need a permit if not a citizen yet, just a heads up mate

Thanks for watching and expressing your thoughts and or concern👍👏 However, it is perfectly legal for anyone to go prospecting for gold in WA provided that this person has obtained a Miner’s Right. Note: **These same rules below (or very similar) generally apply to any other state in Australia as well.** A Miners Right enables you to go prospecting (ie; Metal Detecting) in Western Australia on; Crown Land - which is; Pastoral Lease Land - not covered by a granted mining tenement. Prior notice must be given to the Pastoralist. Unallocated Crown Land not covered by a granted mining tenement. Crown Land the which is subject to a lease for grazing and timber that is not covered by a granted mining tenement. Land Reserved for the Purpose of common, mining and public utility. A Mining Tenement - PROVIDED you have written permission from the Tenement Holder A Granted Exploration licence PROVIDED you have a Section 40E Permit (OR written permission from the leaseholder) . So, everything I/ we do is perfectly legal -that much I/we can assure you 👍

@@AussieAdventurer if you are an Australian citizen its legal,if your not can be actually charged, look up minning rights for Australian constitution, but most states probably dont enforce it just have a miners right a you should be right,in nsw we dont need any permit only state to still honour the constitution on mining right it's free ha ha
