The desserts on display in the cabinet, as the camera panned across, looked amazing. Wasn’t very impressed with the donut-shaped cake being decorated at the beginning of the clip. There appeared to be more of the glacage under the cake than on it. It’s not even as if you could remelt it and use it again: the colours would end up like mud. Seems such a waste of ingredients for one item.

How much waste is involved with each product?

I haven't seen any tutorial, and I don't understand why the screen has been splitted all the time. My dislike done!
