The problem with prolific composers is, that when listening to a new piece, one realizes that it’s different, but the sonority, sensibility, even the structure is exactly the same. I _ALWAYS_ know it’s Vivaldi, from the first few measures. This is my problem with Vivaldi’s orchestral pieces. His vocal pieces are another matter.
After 56'12" of very nice music, the sudden stop, seemingly in the middle of a musical phrase, is very strange and frustrating. Involuntary truncation of the RU-vid video? Concerto unfinished due to the death of the compositor?
