Watch in HD!!!!! This is a play through of a song of mine called 'Dreamer'. Its off of my latest EP titled 'Titan'. This is probably one of the most favorite songs I've written to date. I also really enjoy the drums parts for this song. There isn't anything complicated at all, its just really fun to play!
This is the first video with my new Tama kit. Im very honored and excited to be a part of the Tama Drums artist roster!!!!! Words can't express how well they've welcomed and treated me so far. These drums sound amazing! Im still learning how to mic and mix them, but I hope that improves as I upload more and more videos. I've posted specs for my current setup below.

Also, you can hear my dog barking in the clean section and at the very end... hahaha! I get a lot of deer in my yard, and he barks at them constantly until they go away. Regardless, his barking was picked up in my room mic's... OH WELL! I guess thats his contribution to the drum play through!

I really do appreciate all of the support my releases have been getting. I write and upload music purely for my own enjoyment and practice. The reaction to 'Titan' has been amazing, and I really do thank everyone that has supported me!

I think Anup is an extremely talented drummer, that being said, all of the music he makes sounds too similar for my tastes. I can watch him play through his own songs all day just because he's so talented but I can't really listen to his stuff without seeing him play it.

i know how much of a fan of periphery you are and can see so many similarities between yourself and matt halpern, but thats about where it ends and should be taken as the highest form of compliment. the fact that you can not only play his style but groove like that on your own with the same level of improvisation is amazing in and of itself. you, sir, are an amazing drummer! i will be learning how to play polyrhythms now so hopefully i can one day play at this kind of level, and i've been playing for 25 years!

hahahahaha! Thanks man! Yea when I was mixing this, it was really messing with me every time I heard my dog. It took me a while to just accept that its in the recording and not actually happening.
