About Anushka Shetty:
Anushka Shetty, Telugu and Tamil actress, has been performing in films since 2005. In 2009, she played the title character in the blockbuster hit Arundhati, for which she won several accolades including the Filmfare Award for Best Actress - Telugu, the Nandi Special Jury Award, and the CineMAA Award for Best Actress (Jury). Shetty has continued to win Best Actress awards for her roles in films such as Vettaikaaran, Vedham, Deiva Thirumagal, and Dhamarukam. A beloved public figure, she has been recognized with the Kalaimamani Award from the Tamil Nadu state government. Anushka Shetty plays the role of the erudite female doctor in the Telugu and Tamil versions of the TeachAids animations.
