This project is still not having RERA approved. There could be FSI restriction, because of which this project may never start. Do not risk investment until RERA final, this seems to be highly paid promotion.

⁠nice, but as you already know the details it's rera is still pending since long, you can call it out in video. Then customers can take their decision better. Please don't hide these things.

Hello. We got RERA for the Phase 1 there are no FSI restrictions and HMDA approved for Phase 2. We can expect RERA this month for phase 2.

@@saranamharipriya1389This video is for phase 2 itself, and my comment about rera is for phase2. Rera is pending since many months and the builder has been saying it will be coming in a month each time. Phase 1, which you're mentioning is old project which is already started and progressing, no issue with Rera there.

They claim to have developed projects in Dubai but when we drop an email or get someone to check there, no mention of aanvita there. Its self proclaimed advertising.
