Bill Hader is an American actor, comedian, writer, producer, and director. He is known for his work as a cast member on Saturday Night Live, for which he received four Emmy Award nominations, the parody series Documentary Now! and creating the series Barry.
#MyYoungerSelf by Child Mind Institute is an anti-stigma campaign. We are grateful to Bill for his willingness to open up about his childhood experience with anxiety.

bill, this really meant a lot to me! admitting i’m nervous has helped me a lot, and with the combination of general anxiety and depersonalization it’s really not ideal for a performer! that was really comforting and reassuring, such a good message and video!
