You've had a lot going on and have been going 100mph for weeks. It catches up to us sometimes, you're entitled to have those moments. One thing I've learned to help me calm down it to pray (or say the rosary).
I understand that feeling where you have so much to do and you feel like you have to do it all and be perfect at it. Sarah, you're human. You're not perfect and it's 100% okay that you're not. Jesus is perfect and He's there for you in your struggles. Take a deep breath and just do what you can in the day that you have today. Some days are just be endured until we can make it to the next one. Hang in there.

Sarah! I haven't commented on your videos in a while. This video kinda hit me a little, I've been dealing with a lot recently too and sometimes it just takes the smallest thing for anxiety to boil over.. You are not crazy and definitely not alone, I promise. Hey, do you still have a P.O box around for letters or is that changing with the upcoming move? :)
