Anxiety (Hamm) View: Anxiety is addressed with spiritual practices. Solution: Practice prayer (Salah), supplication (Dua), and reliance on Allah (Tawakkul). Quran: "Allah does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear..." (Quran 2:286) Hadith: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, weakness and laziness, miserliness and cowardice, the burden of debts and from being overpowered by men." (Sahih al-Bukhari) Explanation: Anxiety can be overwhelming, but Islam offers spiritual remedies such as prayer and supplication. Believers are reassured that Allah does not burden anyone beyond their capacity.

Sharing my personal experience Doing Astagfar 500 to 1500 times per day(some times more), really reduces the intensity of anxiety and panic attacks. I have received sustenance from sources i didn't expected. Do as much astagfar as you can (استغفراللہ) it has many benefits. And regarding (la hawla wala quwata illa billah) as Ali bhai mentioned it makes you stronger indeed it does makes a difference. And i would recommend to read the beautiful dua taught by RasulAllah ﷺ, books like Hizb-ul-Azam or Munajat-E-Maqbool are great sources to look for Duas. If you start your day with dua and tasbih it will make you more stronger to handle anxiety.
