As an Arcaea and phigrosplayer, same as the pjsk player above and on a scale of 1-16, this is probably a 10 or so in phigros which is really easy

Doong this on mobile is easier than it seems. Try it yourself on your screen and you'll see. Brain has a much easier time dissecting this than playing this on pc, where you have to associate each of the notes to a key, and that can be confusing if you're not accustomed to it.
