Yeah, felt like this 3d printer is not as popular yet, well since it's still in early bird access. Does those nozzle fit?

Great Video! I am new to 3d printing and the Kobra 3 is my first good 3d printer. This video helped me out a lot. I had a purple filament all gooped up inside and did not know it. Your video helped me find it and clean it out. I did send an email to Anycubic but I did not know what was going on. I will send them pictures and a follow up email. I wouldn't have been able to do it without your video! Also I am so going to print the poop catcher!

Anycubic notified me today that they have extended the warranty on the hot end and they are offering free replacement for the leaky ones. (they identified an assembly item that was failing and the new ones have been modified to resolve the issue of leaky hot ends). Thank you S3DP for your very informative and detailed videos. I use your "Poop catcher" on my Kobra 3 and I love it!

You are the GOAT. I shut off my machine after the first weekend I used it. Came back this weekend to a clogged nozzle. Second day I had a broken piece of filament(new) in the ACE that I had to figure out for myself to remove. So far I'm not to impressed with the Kobra combo. The only color print I tried to make was with colored text that the Kobra can't seem to co cleanly.

Hi, is the hotend wiggling nomal? can i tighten it up, it look so frustrated, my print is clog rapidlly,
@Scratch3DPrinting
@Scratch3DPrinting 2 месяца назад
For this design yes it is normal for the wiggling because it's not screw tighten, its hold by just the little pin so it's wiggling.

Thank you for the video! Having some issues with clogging - I just bought a standard nozzle replacement kit on Amazon and will likely try replacing just the nozzle when I get home from work today. I'll let you know if that works. I get really nervous unhooking/hooking wires 😅

Thank you for the video, very helpful. I would love to see how you removed the nozzle and cleaned it out, mine clogged with PLA. Got everything mostly clean around it but I am concerned about it leaking from the top without removing and cleaning it. Tried to heat it up and remove it but my nozzle seems quite stuck in there, even at 240c felt like I was going to crack it before it would release.
@Scratch3DPrinting
@Scratch3DPrinting Месяц назад
What you can do is use filament cleaner to clear most of the clog inside the nozzle, then hopefully it would be easier to remove the nozzle. Also use something to hold the heater block and then remove the nozzle.

The same thing happened to me but just with PLA. I cleaned it up the best I could also. I contacted Anycubic to ask where to buy new nozzles, they never answered, though they are sending me a new print head. I knew that when I purchased this though that being brand new, there would be issues that I would have to deal with. If it would be your first printer, don't buy it until all the bugs have been worked out and replacement parts are available. Luckily I have a few others so Ican still print, just not multi-color.
@Scratch3DPrinting
@Scratch3DPrinting 2 месяца назад
Yeah with this hotend set up it feels like its not 100% leak proof with just the clip holding the nozzle in place, with movements. It's good that they send you a hotend replacement.

@Scratch3DPrinting

ouhh. That TPU is stuck on the extruder gear above. You'll have to disassemble it a bit and get the filament out.

thanks for the video but i have some filament stuck just onder the 4 tubes and above the nozzle where you have this little window how can i get there

You could use something like a nozzle unclogger and poke that filament through and see if that helps.

I there Scratch. I was just watching the video. I have the same problem. My extruder was leaking on top and now it's fully cloged with filament there. How did you clean that filament that was stuch to the wires and extruder top? Should i replace it or clean it? Thank you so much
@Scratch3DPrinting
@Scratch3DPrinting 2 месяца назад
There are two methods I use. First one is I heated up the nozzle and use a tiny tweezer to grab as much filament out as possible. The second method is to remove the hot end and carefully use a blow torch to soften the stuck filaments, then remove it little by little. If it seems unusable and damage then I'll just probably replace it.

@Scratch3DPrinting
@Scratch3DPrinting 2 месяца назад
Yeah with this design it seems like it could clog a lot with other harder type of filament. I can't even print TPU without it getting the error of filament tangle. I'll make a vide of testing all types of filaments.

There are replacements for just the nozzle on anycubic store, but it always seems out of stock. If the nozzle head brakes off then you'll most likely have to replace the whole hotend.
