@@NRC613for sure, they took over from teamviewer but didn't even attempt to keep any safety issues, at least with team viewer you were told that you should only use the app with people you trust and anyone telling you to download it is most likely a scammer anydesk doesn't even mention it or even bother with customer issues... Terrible tool for terrible people.
@@ThePastaManCan exactly now these scammer catchers are showing them all their tools I bet a year from now these guys whom catches these scammers will regret using them
@@NRC613 Excacly my thought's. If I'm going to work with any anti scam or anti child abuse the last thing i would do is show them what protection i use. It's so easy to back engineer any tools used on a computer, all they've done is tell every scam agencies who they are, it's a conflict of interest. I'll stick with my trusted security, at least they don't go around shouting "hey we work with anti scam", just seems really irresponsible and foolish.
@@crcc3c😂 they have? Must have gotten them all then! Literally the first line of their script is "download anydesk" 😂 nobody has a legit reason to need more than 3 connections, use a VPN to connect to this or to comment in THIS VIDEOS COMMENTS that they have "150 customers" which is what they all call their victims... that last guy is asking them to make it easier for him to scam!
@@crcc3c Yeah, have you? I doubt they use it since we're talking about a country that you can buy a brand new pc for $30, they use virtualbox or similar so cant be hardware banned and you can spoof them usually by using a vpn anyways... hardware bans are useless in this situation.
because you can't use tabs to work with several clients at the same time as you can do with team viewr. Every connection I open is a new window and it's very confusing.
Yep, we’re very quickly learning just how good we had it with Teamviewer and how poorly thought out anydesk is. Unattended access and having to rename everything twice to get if into the address book is so retarded..
The file AnyDesk.exe can`t run after downloading from the official site. I can see the icon on the taskbar for 5 seconds and then it disappears without any error messages. Tried to run as Administrator as well. Windows 10/Antivirus,Firewall - are disabled. I remember it was working fine 6 months ago. Now I`m trying to run it on the new installed system. Any recommendations?
Hello, I used to connect to my remote computer to work without any approval but today ANYDESK is asking the approval of the remote computer. What is the solution ?
Hi, we need to disable the file transfer feature only for our Techs so they cannot transfer any files to End-user, but End-user should be able to share files such as System logs through any desk. anyone know how to do it?
I love how any desk was like “damn people are using our app for scamming? That’s pretty cringe.” Btw I gotta ask, can any form of gaming be used with any desk?
@@ThePastaManCan we are used by a large number of companies for legitimate tech support (companies like 7eleven, Raytheon, Spyder-cam). If you have a genuine product suggestion I'd be happy to listen and implement it if it doesn't effect our user base. Until then we will keep banning scammers and backing operations that lead to raids and arrests for these fraudsters. I recommend you watch the ScammerPayback video "the biggest attack on scammers"
@@AnydeskSoftware I'd say the same as many others have said PLEASE warn people like all the other apps do, knowledge is power. Users need to be warned of scams and what the app can do before downloading and on the app itself, elderly people have no idea what it is and just assume it's going to be used to help them when it isn't and if they knew they were being watched when typing their passwords they'd think twice, all apps similar to this have multiple warnings yours doesn't have any and I think that's why you're the script chosen app. My elderly family member fell victim to the notorious refund scam assumed your app was used to get information about her computer and said "the website said it was trusted by so many people" meaning she felt safe to use it, I firmly believe that a few warnings and some way to show that someone is currently watching e.g. eyeball at the corner of the screen would save so many people stopping the problem before it begins as just seeing a word or icon subconsciously makes you think about it. I've seen the video and I'm well aware of what you're doing I don't believe a small group of people banning could ever keep up with the millions of people scamming as enjoyable as it is to hear them get shut down, I think you're catching them too late they've already been paid, serve as little as a month in jail if they are even caught and still have the phone numbers of the people they have scammed to just reconnect with them and do it again.
I responded to his comment. The features he's saying need to be removed have been to the best of my knowledge. Always open to dialogue on twitter though -Matt
@@AnydeskSoftware A quick question. Once this is installed on a remote computer, can it be accessed from the local machine without having to start the program on the remote computer? Happy New Year 🙂
What I really want is someone to tell me how to turn it off startup. I already did put this junk program is like a virus and will startup with pc no matter what
For a professional company, the audio of this video is horrible. Couldn't you buy a decent microphone? For an "Onboarding" video, the pace of this is also too fast, and the accent hard to understand. So combine the terrible audio, strong accent and fast pace, this really could have been made so much better with a slower, clearer accent and far better microphone setup. Absolutely no mention of "the ability to customize your AnyDesk client" as detailed in your welcome email...
This company is scam. You can't delete your subscription renewal once you have paid. Impossible to contact them, 0 response to every mails, everytime. Do not give any money to them.
Can you please help me on this, i have 150customers and i have them on my AddressBook, those customers have 150 different passwords to access them unatenant, if i go to another computer i need to pass for all those 150 customers the passwords one by one ??????
@@ThePastaManCan The way i see it is the more people who have access to you're security means more issue's can spread to all of them. My security system only allows me to have one more device added on this one, that seems way more secure . Then to put the icing on the cake shout out that you help an anti scam unit. To me that's a huge conflicting issue.
