i think you might be right, on my other pc i just installed it, the double mouse is not happening...unless they fixed it...but yeah, now it's working good.

It will log itself out at the drop of a bit. Remote access will require someone local to assist every time. Useful remote support tool, but horrible for remote access.
@@VincentVegas64 I did that. That's exactly how it fails. Trouble is, if the application (anyViewer) logs out, you no longer have autonomous access. And it does this on reboot.
