yup. character development and the progress of the plot is what makes this anime interesting. literally from 0 to 1 as a soccer player. on the other hand, blue lock is too focused on a single position. ✌️

"Setup and Payoff" that's one of AoAshi strength that makes it better. A thing that may seems irrelevant and boring may later become relevant that will make the story coherent.

Yup. World-Class playmakers have it. This anime is so good just because it highlights the playmaking in soccer as a whole. Our usual soccer anime features a Striker/MF haha.

As of writing, there's no confirmation yet for a second season. Hopefully by 2023, we get to see Ashito and his gang in action again.

@@MAJOICHI Ao Ashi is an art of its own alright. The way they move the story, makes it so easy to be invested into the plot. When the Ashito is happy, you can really feel the joy. When Ashito is crying, you can feel your heart rending. When Ashito improves, you feel excited. Thank you for making this compilation. This video, along with many comments in Blue Lock's videos, were what introduced me to this marvelous Football anime in the first place. But to be honest, because of its jumbled editing (in order to avoid copyright), at one point, I really believed that Ao Ashi was a mid sports anime. If only I had seen the full uncut scenes in RU-vid, I would definitely start watching Ao Ashi at least a month earlier. The manga is wonderful too. I am really looking forward to when Ashito finally awakens. A monster controlling 22 players on the field. Along with his rival, Kitano Ren!!

Each has their own charm. Blue lock focuses on creating the one true striker for Japan. Aoi Ashi highlights the journey of Ashito as he changes his role from F to FB, integrates with team JP to conquer the world. XD

This is true. I love blue lock because of how intense it is and how much of a dawg Isagi is. But the way ashitos growth is illustrated is fucking amazing and I like the way they explain soccer cause they start with the basics. In blue lock you already gotta know some shit
