Smoker knew where Luffy, Law and the rest of the crew were going yet he kept quiet when doflamingo questioned him. One of the reasons why Smoker is one of favourite marine characters. Him and Tashigi are the nice ones

Poor Smokey, that's 0-3 in the same arc. Maybe he could have used Luffy's training regimen during those 2 years.... 😟 Anyway, I remember Oda saying he was a bit disappointed that he revealed Aokiji's post-TS design in Film Z before this point in the manga. Basically, he felt like it was a slight spoiler of sorts. Personally, I don't think it was that big a deal since Film Z technically wasn't canon, but I get why he'd feel that way. And for what it's worth, he hasn't done anything like that for future movies since (at least as far as I'm aware), so.... lesson learned, I guess? 😅

In the anime is never explicit, but in the world of One Piece people never stop growing so it's not strange to find dudes that are 3m-5m tall. It is just the way it is. Also, regular people live up to around 150yo. Size matter not, though, as Joda said once.
