The way he speaks about Sub-Saharan Africa and points it out constantly is so negative, makes Sub-Saharan look even worse in the eyes of his audience, and is condescending. He is constantly showing bias. There is a better way of wording his phrases and he shouldn't be so general with his conclusions as to why Sub-Saharan Africa is in its current state.
