Mistake on question 18, you are supposed to use the sine function to find the parallel instead of cosine. It happened to work in this example because sine and cosine of 45 are the same. The correct way to do this would be to draw the perpendicular force coming from the center of the mass, mirroring the triangle he drew here. After using sine instead of cosine, the rest of the directions are correct. Hope this helps.
