I get to play Josh in this one. Known him for a number of years. Solid player. Deserved a better match. This is the last video from a terrible beatdown of a night.
I'll be attempting to do 2 of these each week unless I'm at an event or on vacation for a while. For now, Tuesday morning and Friday evening PST release times.

A few things. I like your posts. Man you're tough on yourself. Josh plays like a SL6 for the most part. Both of you need to slow down at execution. When I play a good SL5 I'm careful. More defensive in what I leave if I miss. Here's a tip for pool glasses ( I'm an Optician). Buy an inexpensive semi-rimless frame. Have your Optician reverse the temples and bend the nose pads straight up (opposite to what they were set at). Now have single vision lenses made to fit the new frame orientation. When you're head is down and you're looking down the table you need to be looking through the lenses. No or very little head tilting is required. Saves your neck. You'll play better. Anti-reflection coating is imperative. Using a semi-rimless frame has more structure than a totally rimless frame. I have both and preter the semi-rimless. Best if you can find an Optican pool player to do this work. Cheers.

I’m thinking that conceding game 3 after the scratch on the 8 ball was a bit pre-mature, maybe just frustration. Either way, take your time. Never be in a hurry to win OR lose. Thanks for these videos, btw. The new quality is great. Well done!

Tell me about your glasses. I am constantly annoyed by the top rim of my glasses being in my line of sight.

Picked them up online, from a shop in the UK. They're technically "snooker glasses". You can find them in the states or Canada for around $300. Shops in the UK ship them for around $100, but it takes around a month to get them and it's a gamble if they get it right because you can't really take them in for adjustment. Mine ended up working great. Love them.
