My Grandfather sang this, said when I was about three or four now I'm 66, that it was a song he learned from his great-grandpa and Grandpa it was a family song so I have seen this just about forever and never have forgotten my Apache roots even though I'm mixed with Spanish the ocean Ukrainian Russian my nose and everything except for the blue eyes well that could be Apache my grandfather was a blue out of patchy but pure just brings home my grandfather which I love to dearly he was my life I don't go a day without missing him all these years I was 18 when he passed away and that piece of my heart is still broken thank you for posting this song I love you for that

This song has brought me so much peace. I listened to it the night before my biopsy check for cancer. When my husband and I lost our son I listened to it. Now again I'm starting the journey of trying to conceive again. And I need this peace and strength.
