Seriously!!! No, not nice at all. Forced and stiff, he urgently needed some loosening up, relaxation work here instead she pushes him through some horribly badly executed movements with disastrous consequences. Every step is forced, you can see her position in the saddle her fighting hands, the horses head on its chest, tail clamped. This is a horse that wants to go back to its box a horse that wants to escape at any cost. This is the absolute essence of an unhappy horse, in every respect. The exact opposite of all the aims of dressage. I cant stand stallion shows but please have the decency to stop forcing horses like this in public (or anywhere), trying to show hyper exaggerated movements. It sends a very bad message to the public and is highly stressful on the horse. What positive thing do we take away with us after seeing this horrific display of fighting with an unwilling horse......nothing a big fat nothing. In fact it makes us think this horse is extremely difficult and takes an entire team days to prep it before being ridden, a horse to avoid at all costs using on ones mares unless we want to sit with a field of mad unrideable equines. Alternatively it leaves us wondering about the welfare of the horse, seriously so, is this the kind of training it recieves everyday! Stop this now! I see it time and time again!!!! It's utterly repuslive.
