@@kimberlyhayes1474 The first step for me was splitting my expenses between paychecks. For example: instead of paying my rent with one check, I save a portion everytime I get paid. Once I got into the habit of that, I started saving a little more than needed and let it roll over. It adds up believe me!

My first set of envelopes were the A5 sizes. I thought I had the A6 in my cart, but I love them for my big sinking funds. I am using them for my house stuff as well. Trying to buy a home for myself and my two kids! They definitely are easier to stuff large amounts of bills in them. Keep up on your progress, it’s inspiring! 😊

You’re so inspiring!! Mental health is extremely important. I didn’t save as much or prepare myself as you are doing to move out but every little I could save went straight to moving into my apartment and I wake up grateful everyday. Good luck to you 🌺🌺🌺

I have always wanted to learn how to budget and stick to it so that I can save what is needed in so many areas of my life being a solo parent of 4. You inspire me so much. I've been back home (a second time) for 10 years due to a divorce but I think it's time to be a big girl and move on lol It's so intimidating with the way the Housing market is now, but this gives me hope That WE CAN DO THIS!

I love that you are allocating a new binder for your move. I’m also starting a moving binder as well. Im also starting a future binder to cater to just my son (401k, savings, car, graduation, etc, etc.) simply just geared for his success. After watching you set up your moving binder, this was confirmation for me to do the same for him. Love that the A5 provides more space while stuffing them dollars girl! Loving the new move/transfer to the A5 binder as well and love how you set up the binder. You’re just soo creative. I absolutely love seeing you flourish. I love this! I want to start doing this for my move this summer, right now I just have a 'moving' envelope and am using whatever I save in the 100 envelope challenge for my move, if I keep on track, I'll be done with about a month to spare! Thankfully I have already lived in an apartment so I have a lot of the big stuff, but the small misc. things will get me^^ I love watching your journey from money saving to new steps in life, it's so motivational and inspirational for me :)
