Do the courts want anarchy to prevail in society? These judgments provide food to lawyers. Are the persons living in the apartments are subjected to the constitution of India? These welfare associations are reducing the burden of the local bodies and government by maintaining clean environments which the local bodies fail to provide clean living conditions.
