Apartment design 45sqm / 484sqft 

This is a design solution for a small apartment of 45sqm / 484sqft.
The apartment originally consisted of a kitchen, dining, and living area along with a bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, and two balconies. Because the client wanted to add another small kid's room we reorganized the walls around the bathroom and the bedroom in order to add space for another room. The kids' room addition along with the presence of as much natural light as possible was the main requirement. So, for the natural light, we have chosen a sliding door between the bedroom and the living area, thus providing more light throughout the day when the sliding door will be open. The client also wanted a bathtub if possible. After reorganizing some walls the room space is as follows:
Kitchen / Dining / Living - 22,5 m2
Bedroom - 8,7m2
Kid's room - 7m2
Bathroom - 6,5m2
