Sara K. It was hard to find some good places because there is such a variety of floor plans are price ranges! Cool to meet another Denver youtuber!! I’m so excited to move my content there
You totally can! The worst they can say is no. It's best to do it if you know you want that place because, you can use that to your advantage. A housing consultants main job is to lease apartments and if they see you as a sure thing then you can totally negotiate.
I would like to move to Denver, but so far the apartments that I have looked at that are within my budget aren't very well reviewed. I haven't had a chance to watch your full video yet, but you mention that you are a housing consultant so maybe you can recommend a few places in Denver for me. I currently pay $1,045 for a one bed room apt in California. I found 2 places out in Denver thru Apartment list that were $945, and $972. However, like I said both those places weren't well reviewed. When I read reviews about each apt, I'm not going to name drop the properties, but damn near every review mentioned roaches, bed bugs, and just over all poor management of the property. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!
My friends and I are trying to move to Denver. We have savings for it, but we don't have jobs that will transfer to when we move. What do you think would be the best move for us? Would having a guarantor help? Or do you think we should look for a place to sublease first before we get settled?
Places usually ask for proof employment or paystubs you may be able to make it happen with a guarantor though. You can sometimes lie (tbh) on the application but they may ask for proof.
They will ask for the same stuff for subleasing too. Some of it depends on the apartment so just be up front with them about your situation so they can tell you if it's possible or not
I'm currently still watching your video but I wanted to ask some tips for you! I'm currently debating on trying to find a roomate since I would not be able to sufficiently pay for an apartment by myself. Any tips? Thank you so much in advance btw!!!
Hi Lizzie! I’m looking to move to Broomfield in 3 months and would love some apartment referrals! I’d love to stay at &1400 per month. Is that possible there? 👍🏻 Do you offer service?
