@@patricialing I like it. Convenient and right near a bus that takes me directly in front of my workplace. I understand the rent is a bit steeper, but most condos of this quality are around this price now so I just had to deal with it.

I think its too expensive compare to sqrmt for it. Very tiny and i really dont understand the no window thing in these condos usually.

Brand new is always nice.Don't worry, it will get old too. I bought one of my homes brand new and there is nothing like it if it belongs to you. The only way I would do that is to be with you.

@@MarcotheKorean When you look at it as a whole, it can actually be looked at as a fairly smaller city. It does depend where you want to live as the city is spread out. They keep building newer communities but it comes down to how close do you want to be to downtown without driving 40 minutes. Its can't be compared to Toronto and Vancouver where theres many sky high condo buildings and a lot of the population lives in them.

I would recommend looking on rentfaster.ca for what is available at the moment, as prices and units changes quite frequently! Good luck :)

In towns just outside of Toronto $1700 is the monthly rent for a basement apartment in someone's house (utilities sometimes included). Sigh

I know:( , the newer apartment buildings are getting more expensive. Rent has increased over $200 a year for some people. There are still some places for 1100-1300 around but you will always have to keep looking.
