Damn, In my country in the two biggest cities (they are ones of the biggest in Europe) you can find a 1 bedroom apartment for like 400-500; and it will be a cool, new, modern house in a good location. For 2000$+ you will find a flat in a skyscrapper at the 50-70th floor with a couple of bedrooms, great views and other things

tbf in Lisbon for 2500 euros (3 654 canadian) u get a bad 1 bedroom apartment with no insulation whatsoever and probably mold. I dont think i can put the source link in the comment just search "lisbon most expensive city" or something like that

Great video, not sure why people always compare their cities when moving to another country is SO hard. Gotta work with what you have for the time being!! And we all know toronto is expensive, but people always just want to put their negativity out in the comments. Great work, Keep it up!

You can go to a restaurant with a nice view (AP Toronto) or you can book a condo showing for a unit at the top floor

Don’t remember but it was in distillery district. There’s only 3 buildings like that in the area.

Thanks for the videos, have enjoyed them. But people need to be aware, those are the 1 year lease prices on newer buildings. After one year, they can up your rent by $500 or anything they want.
