Good video! I'm glad you show the apartments quickly, some of these RU-vidrs try to make each thing they show be 12 minutes long and it gets BOORRINNGG. You have a good pace. One tip: you said multiple times that you were going to look at houses. In fact, you didn't look at one single house! That's not what the word house means in my language :)

That’s definitely one thing I noticed when I was creeping the housing market there, is most of them come pre-furnished and I am also so picky about furniture. That last one though 👌👌

Wifi quality here is good, I can get 5G wifi here.

What is the usual arrangement there? How many months of rent for deposit? Do you pay each month, or incentivized to pay 3 or 6 months at a time? How many years of lease do people usually sign?

It all depends if on your landlord, some request 3 months pay others would ask for monthly pay.
