It seems the receivers will also get charged for packages in some countries like in the Philippines, Italy and Germany, etc. even though the sender from another country already paid for all. Not in Korea, though: We just receive packages if they are already paid in other parts.

I personally loved Apartment 3 & 4 they were the most spacious ones with beautiful sunlight and balconies, I just didn’t get why Korean apartments have billion bathrooms 😅

Apartment 3 looked the most modern, and although living next to a school might seem nice, it will get very noisy and loud, so I would say no to 4. Also you mentioned that one of them is too big, but if you decide to have more kids you’ll appreciate the extra space. A house that has a playroom for Fanta and a workspace to create more RU-vid content would be perfect for you !, Good luck finding your dream home 💜

Again, thanks for the fantastic video! Regarding the house, as an architect here, I thought house number 2 was fascinating and beautifully structured, especially with the wooden interior elements making it a more eco-suitable home. However, I believe it's more for a married couple with older children or no children as it has three levels and the stairs can be risky for a baby. The kitchen was gorgeous, both modern and traditional! The kitchen in House 3 was enormous and had a classic appearance. The house was modern and gorgeous. I believe that this home would be ideal for a family like yours due to its layout and wide-open windows, which allow for more natural light, ventilation, and views of the outside. You could possibly knock down one of the walls in the living room to make it larger and allow for more movement. I especially appreciate the upstairs since it has a roomy open area that is frequently used as a hangout or little library. You can undoubtedly use this area as a play area for Fanta and incorporate a mine library for her. It makes excellent use of daylight and offers views of the outdoors. House 4: Due to its open floor plan and basic yet classic modern design, this home is ideal for families with small children or infants. I appreciate that it includes an upper area that would be ideal for a play area. The only thing I'll mention is that house 4 has substantially less space overall, including the living room and kitchen, than the other units. I'm eager to see what more possibilities you guys have in the upcoming video. Hope this was useful! 😊

House 2 or 3. House 4 is right by schools and that may get very noisy and overwhelming. I have 4 bathrooms and with a husband and 2 kids they come in handy. The kids aren't arguing over the bathroom and no one has to wait to use the toilet. Also, being married with kids sometimes you just need your own space. So a place may seem big now but adding in kids, family visits and friends will make the space so much smaller. You don't want to outgrow your home as soon as you move in unless you don't mind moving a few times. Just a few thoughts. I love watching your family. Love from the States 🥰🫶🏽

All of the apartments were nicely sized. But 3 flights of stairs is alot. And 4 bathrooms is alot ( to clean). The one near the schools makes sense, if Fanta is going to go to public school. Be sure to consider where markets are located too.

#4 is my first choice but #3 has a beautiful kitchen. Which room do you normally spend the most time in? That might factor into your decision. Once you don't mind the school kids noise, #4 is the best of the ones we've seen. Love from Barbados! ❤️

한 생명이 태어나 자라나는건 진짜 신기하네요.. 환타는 언제 이렇게 컸나요 너무 귀여워요 ㅎㅎ 그리고 두분이 충분히 알아서 잘 판단하시겠지만 그냥 노파심에 말씀드려보면 지금 타이밍에 매매건 전세건 부동산 계약은 신중하셔야 합니다 가격이 떨어지고 있고 더 많이 떨어질 가능성이 높아요 장소에 따라 다르지만 적어도 올 한해는 부동산거래는 웬만하면 안하는게 좋는 이야기가 많더라구요 또 서류확인과 매매당사자 정보도 잘 확인하시길 바래요

The last apartment was the most practical and I also liked it. Hopefully you will find something that suits Fanta's exploratory and inquisitive self now, and not something too steep with stairs. I notice that the stairs do not have rail support or balustrades which could be dangerous when carrying a child as well as negotiating steep stairs.

Apartment #4 for growing daughter & family expansion. Plus with schools close by is essential. Children grow-up quickly. #4 has wonderful lighting and spaciousness. Be not fearful of Fanta maneuvering stairs, it gives little ones strength and bravery🦋

You know you were right about the apartments ….. the only thing that worries me is the switch back stairs without safety railings to protect miss precious ! Cant have little bit falling on the steps ! Especially now she is walking , running and moving fast ! 😊 Thank you for another Klaris info spot ! Do they make body lotion ? I will order the skin care …. I have super dry skin also . I hope you can find the apartment of your dreams (with modern appliances, an elevator , puppy space for sarangi and parking 😊) .
