Question: Is it really bad post pandemic down in DTLA. I lived in LA a few years before the pandemic and loved the lofts in DTLA. Always wanted t o move there. But on a trip right when restrictions were eliminated. I found it a little dangerous. I mean I can't criticize I'm from NYC, but as single ladies I guess we always have to be aware of the safety of th neighborhood. So just curious- since it seems we're a ways away from the pandemic what it's like now. Thanks so much! Loved the video. Hope you're happy in your new digs

Even tho I loved the open floor plans DTLA had to offer for a great price compared to most of la I still had to get out of DTLA I just didn’t feel safe and I love walking everywhere

Lofts to me mean...NO WALLS with the exception of walling off the toilet & maybe bath/shower

loll what u expect from a loft style old textile factory... when its built around high rises... u cant get the sunlight u expect.... idk i guess i have to see ur EMPTY LOFT TOUR! n judge from there! ahahahahaha

When you are going to pay $30,000 a year to live somewhere why not just buy a home?
