Been watching jazzy for years, as someone from the UK, who's never visited America I find her vids incredibly interesting about American life, budget and living costs in general .

I'm from the UK and I find this all so interesting! All the apartments are empty, which is interesting.. I don't think I have ever looked at a house where nobody was living in it already, makes it a bit easier to imagine yourself there

That last one was truly perfect and beautiful!! I hope you all get the one you applied for!!! Also I am from Southern California, but currently living in Portland and I was so shocked by the rent prices! It is wild to me how much rent has gone up recently, we've seen it in this area too, but Cali is wild lol

ktown is so underrated! its walkable if you like boba shops, korean supermarkets, korean bbq, and dive bars. i love how much korean culture you can absorb in this area. also LOVE openaire 💕 good luck on your new spot girl!!

All of the kitchens were very nice! That walk-in closet for that last one was like a room in itself! Followed by the huge bathroom right next to it. But, i agree a washer & dryer & ac is a must. Great choices & great video. Which one did yall end up picking? Hope to see more videos from you soon.

That last apartment was everything!!! I would’ve had to deal with the walkability issue with K-town. Especially if a good friend is in the building…sis your walking down the hall - that’s your walkability right there lol

I thought that I liked the Pasadena apartment until I saw the K-Town apartment! Loved everything about it! You could live in the walk-in closet alone! You have to live where there is security and amazing amenities! Compared to N.Y.'s rent prices, the prices in California aren't so bad! Jazmine, nice apartment tour, and I know that you found one by now!!😁

Holy smokes! I will never NOT be phased by how much it costs to live in LA! Blows my mind! Where I live is not cheap by any means, but my mortgage is 1700 and over 2000sq feet and over an acre of land.

the AC thing shouldn't be a non negotiable in LA. you can get ur own portable unit for ~$300 and you can easily sell it if you move or bring it with you to the next place. i've done this a couple times and saved thousands in rent and my AC unit is only a year old and works a lot better than a lot of wall units i've encountered at friend's apartments

No wonder people are moving to Vegas wtf Lol and traffic here is getting crazy and I found a place thru a realtor for $1250 2bd 2 bad with a w/d and last place here in Vegas for $1450 and no w/d lol I always tell my wife let’s go to neighbor states but I guess she is right we e good here f**** cali and other surroundings as long we r in a budget
