4 apartments in one afternoon! It sucked all the energy out of me! Auckland is definitely the San Francisco of Middle Earth! When looking for an apartment make sure that you are wearing your most comfortable foot wear, bring some snacks and water and be patient to wait for your property agent!
Apartments in Auckland CBD costs 1round 320-500++ a week depending on the location and apartment features. It is very expensive to live in the city!
Thank God there is www.trademe.co.nz/ where all the best properties for rent are listed and can be booked for viewing straight from the site!

Hi Jasper, can you give me advice on renting an apartment in Auckland CBD, I will be there on November and I am looking at trademe.co.nz and I don't understand the inclusions in the rent especially the "Hot and cold water included". How much is the cost if tenant will pay for the hot water? Forgive me for my ignorance but in my country we install a heater in each bathroom. I appreciate your immediate response; by the way this is for a single apartment occupant.

Agh well done! I feel your pain its hard to find a spacious apartment here in Auckland on a budget T^T i found one and will be moving in next monday. Its not furnished so i will have to learn how to decorate a small space lol

sir, great vid. is there a min tenancy duration (like 6 months or 1 year) and bit silly - how do you bid (i.e. you add more from the asking price)?

Hi there are 3months, 6 months 1 year lock in contracts. You bid just by saying that you'll take the apartment right away, or youre willing to have it for one straight year. These will make the agent's work easier so you're more likely to get it. :)

The pricing varies with a wide range. Go check trademe nz and see the listings. Been in two apartments already you can see those videos on my channel for you to have a picture of how the apartments look like. :)

Hi Jasper... ask ko lang if wala ba talagang rice cooker sa apartment? Do I need to buy here in PH and bring it there? Also, can I get the address of your apartment before? Check ko if still available, most of the $350 na nakikita ko sa trademe mostly Studio Apartment. Can you please give advice, should I look for apartment na while I'm still here in PH or pag-dating ko nlang diyan? Please answer my inquiry po. Salamat. :)

@@JasperLopez lastly, can you share po your monthly or if you prefer it weekly basic expenses po except shopping and gimik ha so that I will have a rough estimate of how much money should I bring there to cover apartment, water hot and cold, power, gas, groceries, internet at home and data plan for mobile phones, transportation. So the way they show the rent is weekly, so lahat ng postings gnon, so weekly rent * weeks sa isang taon / 12 months pra makuha mo un monthly average. Pwede naman ma arrange sa landlord/owner kung tuwing kelan ka magbabayad. :)
