I was a bit overwhelmed by the beginning of your intro after discovering your channel by pure chance, but I am so glad I stuck it out for remainder of your video which was extremely well produced & presented. I really appreciate how you clearly and consistently provided building location, price, basic details, and a floorplan for each unit (which I think should be mandatory for anything to do with real estate). Excellent filming ... well paced but slow enough panning to view each area fully and avoid the motion sickness generated by some creator's super fast camerawork. Will definitely be checking out other videos from your channel. Keep up the good work.

Please check out Lawrence Avenue, very good walk score with cheaper nicer apartment, I stay in a 3-bedroom condo that looks exactly like the 2nd one and the rent is like 3k a month with heating included, new building too. I feel like these buildings are a rip off

I find this video very informative and appreciate your thorough explanation. I plan to move to Toronto, Canada with my family, which includes 2 adults and a 7-year-old child. I am looking to rent a house, preferably a condo in a gated community with nearby schools, grocery stores, and public transport. My budget is within $2,000. As I will be new to the country, I don't have a specific area in mind, but I prefer not to live in a secluded area. It would be ideal if the school has a high rating and the neighborhood has a strong Indian community presence. Can you please help me with this?
