Thank you Les. What im wondering. If I purchase a apartment like the one you showed is there an option to have all the fixtures installed by others? I would also like to know about monthly/annual fees charged to unit owners. Does this apartment buildings have any amenities like security, pool, exercise room, designated parking, park or outdoor gathering area? What would annual property taxes be approximately as well as insurance. When will the complex be 100% completed? I believe these would also be information wanted by most buyers. Thanks
I thought the same, but I've been looking at a lot of Albanian real estate sites. (Note: It's really important to use a VPN with an Albania server, if you want to see their domestic companies.) What I'm finding is that a lot of the apartments, old and new require a good bit of finish work. Appliances are often not included and they are often removed when the property is sold. Same with the finish of the apartment. This doesn't look like it is a matter of bad work. I've seen this in other countries. It may just be the way they do things. I'll be going to see for myself.
