Law always goes to the bank favour, very sad to say. There is no sympathy when it comes to sarfaesi law. Times are tough, the bank recovery team should really calculate if the loan can be or can not be repaid. Its a time for a few folks in the bank to make money. A house is sold in auction at half its original price, and the bank recovery team make a whole lot of bribe in the name of PUBLIC MONEY. Shameless
