Love the video! As a woman who also chooses to live alone, the power of leverage and planning will let you move ANY piece of furniture. That and furniture sliders that go under the legs of couches, cabinets, whatever. You can move it!
And you also can put felt pads/tape with one sticky side on the bottom of all your furniture. That is how I move my big wooden bed by myself when I need to clean underneath it. And it also protects the floors from scratches.

drape a blanket dip: hold it by one or two corners and whip/float it over whatever it is you want it draped over and let it fall into place naturally!! the harder you whip it the more it will spread and drape over a larger area. hope this makes sense

Honestly, if I could find a cat that is like Theo (one that we previously babysat), I'd really consider it! As of now it just isn't in my budget/time to have a cat :(((

I'm not a white furniture person. I feel it's a magnet for dirt. So if you can upkeep the maintenance and tell people to not put their shoes on the couch lol
just dont paint around furniture you cant move lol trust me, it will come back to bite you in the end if you do get people to help you move heavy things eventually😝
