Is the rent a set price or do it constantly vary? Hows the area? I was just looking for apartments and seen them pop up and wanted to know more info about them.

For the most part the rent is a set price. Some properties would say it varies based on your water usage but it’s probably only a few dollars. Katy is very nice and still developing but honestly it’s not much to do in this area as far as “night life.” You’d have to drive into Houston for most of the social activities which is about 30-40 minutes depending on traffic and where you’re trying to go in the city.

Facts cause I plan on moving round the Houston area. 30-40 minutes ain't that bad though especially if the place is good to stay at. Does the rent include amenities? And a few dollars ain't bad tbh I'm possibly considering Katy rn.

@@j5golive796 Yes. Amenities are included. And the drive isn’t that bad into Houston. Katy has some really nice apartments! You’re sure to find something.
