A lot of bathrooms in Copenhagen have the shower in the middle of the (very small) room because the apartment is old. And back in the old days there was no shower in the apartment. You either had to wash your hair in the sink, or use the communal showers (if there was any) in the basement. Ps. All ovens come with child proofing in Denmark. It's the law. It's safety. It's very demure.
This screams Sydhavn. Only modern expensive sh!t there. I would look for studios in the suburbs (Gladsaxe, Herlev, Glostrup ect...) Tobaks kollegiet comes to mind. That would probably cut your rent by 2000+ DKK, but on the flipside commute would go up by about 20 minutes
