I live in DC too (Alexandria), moved to FL for 6 years, and then moved back. Living alone is THE BEST experience EVER!!!!………… i’m in a relationship now, but I don’t ever think we’ll live together. I just need my own space. Congrats on the move Texas is an awesome state to live!!!

Congrats ! I love the space you setup for yourself, and I agree with what others have said, the years I spent living alone were some of the best years of my life.

I've been following you foor a while and I wanted to let you know that I appreciate how honest you are! Lol. Seriously. Knowing about the cost of rent, etc. is very helpful for me because I DO live in California (we're in San Diego county) and it's very pricy! So hearing how much things cost in other states opens my eyes and THANKS!!! Many people wouldn't feel comfortable sharing that information to the public. And that appartment is GORGEOUS!!!! I hope that you enjoy it. You have decorated it so beautifully.

How many planners are you using at the moment? lol. Right now I have four planners but honestly I only use one planner. Idk what to do with my A5 moterm and my filofax personal planner now... and my travelers notebook! Please help me! Lol.... any videos or advice on what you're doing right now would be extremely helpful. What do you journal about? I found myself in a journal slump lol. Sorry obviously I'm "in the zone" and don't want to do my homework or study for the exam that I have in two days." You're video is so much more interesting?

So true about the cities in Texas! The state as whole seems so culturally conservative, but Houston and Austin feel like LA or San Francisco in terms of the young progressives and LGBTQ friendliness. Dallas might be the exception haha
