It's about time I uploaded this Apartment Tour Video! My Apartment in Siem Reap, Cambodia. You won't believe what I pay! I hope you enjoy my content and Please Like and Subscribe!
Just moved from Detroit 10 days ago into a place in Taphul village 6 days ago., A block and a half from the little Ankhor market. I pay $300 a month. I'm never moving. I got so lucky with the help of IPS. I love this place
FANTASTIC ! ---- What a deal for $200 -- WOW. My only serious reservation - is - 'not' flushing toilet paper !!! > Not at all something I would want to live with. -- All else is about ideal in every way - in a wonderful city - with a terrific value on just about everything needed -?-
Thanks for watching and replying. Trust me, once you use the Bum Gun, you'll never use paper again! I didn't think I would like it either, but I'm a changed man!
That's our old apartment. We had Covid in there, not fun times. Unfortunately we had to leave due to a deranged alcoholic screaming at his poor child all day 😢.
I don’t know how this got on my computer, but for f……. Sake! do we have to know about the ins and outs of a rats arse hole! there is the mop, there is the brush, ect, ect, this is my coffe cup! 5 min. even fast forward, I can’t get back.
Great apt! Im from canada you wont believe the cost of livin here ! The rat race crime and winters are brutal , im digging your vids, cambodia looks peaceful cheap and quiet , once i get my passive income up , it looks like im heading out there
You can easily live here in Siem Reap Cambodia 🇰🇭 for as little as $800 per month. I was drawing Social Security and working full time just to get by back in the States. Then I made too much money and had to pay back the Government for the overpayment of benefits! It was just digging a deeper hole so I left. No regrets! Come on over as soon as you can, Brother. Thanks for your comment 👍
@@heythave My new apartment is $80 per month cheaper and it's on the north side of town in a more Khmer area of town. I'm only 8 or 10 minutes from Angkor Wat!
do you know if your electric bill is direct government rate, or are you getting the bill from a company your landlord outsources too? I heard landlords mark up the electric bill as another source of income, very common supposedly?
Apartments almost always charge 1200 Riel per kilowatt hour for electricity. It is a markup, but they also provide the exterior lighting and other electrical services for the complex. It's a fair price and its only 400 Riel above the Government rate. Thanks for your comment 👍
thanx for the insight. we'll be coming again this November. we'd like to stay longer if we find the right spot for ourselves. we got a dog and the place across the street made me curious on whether they do k9 training...how can I contact the owner? can u help with that?
They don't do training, but I recommend that you check out @Ginge OutYourShell . He's a dog lover and I think he also trains dogs. If not, he would know who does. Thanks for your comment 👍
I had it on constantly, and at $.25 per kilowatt hour my monthly bill was $228! This month I only used it at night and my bill was $130. It's cooler now because it's rainy season so I don't use it much. My bill should be less than $100. Thanks for your comment.
You control it at medium spray and spray from the front to the back and then any area that needs cleaning. Cambodians will use their left hand to wipe/clean while the right hand is spraying. This is an Indian tradition that was passed down from who knows when. That is why Cambodians will eat with their right hand but never with their left. A good hand washing is needed after.
