In this video I have converted the 121 Hakim House Apartment in San Myshuno into an APARTMENT WITH BALCONY.
This great apartment is modernly furnished and has a beautiful, open kitchen. Next to it is the dining area. A living room with a large TV and plenty of seating, a great fireplace and direct access to the balcony are also available to your Sims.
